      You can recharge your mobile phone airtime from your bank accounts or carry out a funds transfer from the account to other accounts all with the convenience of your mobile phone.

MOBILE PHONE AIRTIME RECHARGE

GTBank: Dial *737*AMOUNT# from your registered phone number.

Stanbic IBTC Bank: Dial *909*Amount#

  • Minimum of N200, maximum of N5,000 daily recharge.
  • Phone numbers must be registered with the bank and enabled for SMS notification service (SMS alert).


FirstBank: Dial *894# and select 5 to buy airtime.

Airtel smartTOPUP: All that is needed is one code. Recharge your phone directly from any of your bank accounts. Dial *444*AMOUNT#



FUNDS TRANSFER

GTBank:
Transfer to GTBANK accounts: Dial *737*1*AMOUNT*NUBAN ACCOUNT NUMBER# e.g if you want to transfer N5,000 to an account in GTBank with NUBAN account number 1234567890 dial *737*1*5000*1234567890#

Transfers to other bank accounts: Dial *737*2*AMOUNT*NUBAN ACCOUNT NUMBER# e.g if you want to transfer N5,000 to an account in some other bank with NUBAN account number 12345567890 dial *737*2*5000*1234567890#

You will need the last four digits of your naira MasterCard to complete the transfer.
This works on your registered mobile phone number with the bank and is subject to a daily transfer limit of N20,000 per day.


FirstBank:
To send money with FirstBank Firstmonie dial *894# and select 1 to transfer funds.
You can also dial *894# and select 7 to manage your Firstmonie account.

BVN.
        Some banks have launch an SMS service for you to remember or recollect your BVN (Bank Verification Number) by simply dialing a short code from your registered mobile phone number with the bank.

To recollect your BVN from GTBank simply Dial *565*0# to retrieve it. Please note that you must have previously registered with the bank and have a BVN issued to you for you to use this service.
